We have Openings for HCM Fusion Developer for one of the Client.
Requirement: HCM Fusion Developer
Location: MG Road(Bangalore)
Notice Period: Immediate to 20 days
5 - 7 years of overall experience with a minimum of 3 years of experience and expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM and Oracle ERP applications. Hands on work experience in understanding primarily Oracle core Fusion HR, Payroll, Talent Review and Compensation modules is required and secondary Oracle Talent Acquisition Taleo Application.
Knowledge in Standard Oracle Fusion HR Data Structures.
Experience in onsite/offshore model is preferred
Excellent technical skills with
o Using SQL & PL/SQL in 10g and 11g, Forms and Reports 6i, Workflow 2.x
o Expertise in Developing HCM Extracts, Oracle Fusion HDL to create and Manipulate Fusion HCM Data.
o Experience in Developing OBIEE and BI Publisher Data model and Reports.
o Unix/Linux, Shell scripting
o Experience with HCM Rest services.
o Performance Tuning of large/complex SQL, PL/SQL programs
Perfect understanding concepts of relational databases and database objects
Very good understanding of Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) and the translation of business requirements into them
Experience with change management tools and processes, including source code control, versioning, branching, defect tracking, release and change management.
Good knowledge and understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM APIs
In-depth knowledge of applications code tuning methodology
Experience with global implementations of Oracle Fusion HCM.
