Responsible for Logging tickets in Ticket management System. Responds to Customer queries, runs first level diagnostic programs, identify the problem at first level, ticket assigning to Engineers.
Provide support for incoming queries and issues related to Retail
Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.
Respond to email messages for customers seeking help.
Ask questions to determine nature of problem.
Walk customer through problem-solving process.
Logging complaints in ticket logging system.
Coordinating with field support team.
Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.
Gain feedback from customers about tickets.
Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur.
Work out and sending daily and weekly Reports & Dashboard(MS-Word,
Making MIS reports.
