Digital Strategy Email Analyst

Role overview

The Digital Strategy Email Analyst is responsible for development, distribution and reporting of emails delivered via the Adobe Campaign platform to the division's clients and prospects.

This professional will work closely with other team members and integrated marketers to develop email campaigns.

Principal Tasks:

Work with other team members including the content strategist, integrated marketers and design to create emails using templates available within the Adobe Experience Manager platform and/or by writing HTML using Dreamweaver.

Use Adobe Campaign to setup and deploy email campaigns - utilize Campaign Manager to setup queries to pull recipients dynamically from the CRM or via an ad-hoc excel list, utilize existing or create new workflow for the email delivery, generate proofs and obtain required approvals, approve emails for delivery, analyses results and report key findings to stakeholders.

Recommend and implement A/B tests for emails to improve engagement.

Recommend and implement solutions to automate multi-step campaigns utilizing Campaign features for drip and trigger campaigns.

Implement personalization and customized mailings using CRM data and user behaviors.

Liaise regularly with Digital Technology team members leading Adobe Campaign development on any issues and enhancements required.

Work with integrated marketers on maintenance of opt-outs for mailings.

Monitor trends in email marketing; utilize research and metrics to recommend improvements to our email marketing strategy.

Work with global team to ensure best practices are implemented and shared.

Experience / Skills / Systems Requirements:

1-3 years of digital team experience

Experience executing email marketing campaigns via Adobe Campaign or similar campaign tool

Experience developing and troubleshooting HTML files

Experience conducting A/B testing for emails

Knowledge of defining and setting up multi-step campaigns including trigger and drip campaigns

Strong analytical skills with experience analyzing campaign reporting to identify potential areas for improvements/optimizations

Experience with Microsoft Excel

The candidate expected to work between 2pm - 11pm IST

Experience in the use of CMS tools (experience with AEM is a plus)

Experience with project management systems (experience with JIRA is a plus)

Familiarity with different technologies and the ability to learn new systems quickly and effectively

Ability to multi-task while working under pressure and overcome obstacles

Team oriented; able to interact effectively with all levels

Excellent client service skills, understanding of how to build strong relationships with internal clients

Digital Generalist

Role overview

The Digital Generalist is responsible for development, maintenance and tracking of online experiences for IMD web properties globally, including the GSAM.com multi lingual public websites and intranet.

This professional will partner with internal stakeholders to support our ongoing initiatives with focus on operational tasks and site maintenance. In addition, work closely with other digital team members and content creators on digital functions like email campaigns and analytics.

Principal Tasks:

Web authoring and perform operational tasks to support GSAM.com using AEM as the CMS platform

Perform operational tasks around site maintenance, content scrub, site registration & access provisioning, posting documents on web portal and working on overall streamlining of web processes

Work closely with internal clients to meet SLA's and improve web properties to ensure project deliverables are prioritized appropriately

Act as a liaison between Technology and Digital Strategy Team

  • Maintain standards for content and look & feel throughout web properties and electronically publish content

Manage a web task/campaign from start-to-finish. Principal tasks include coordinating with the designers, content development, compliance and other approvals and technology implementation

Work with Technology Teams on maintenance release and enhancement deployment

Keep current with emerging web technologies through relevant resources in order to propose/develop interactive content

Work with content creators and designers on web marketing campaigns and initiatives

Monitor web analytics and utilize research to recommend improvement to our web strategy

Work with global team to ensure best practices are implemented and shared globally

Experience / Skills / Systems Requirements:

1-3 years of digital team experience

Experience in the use of CMS tools (experience with AEM is a plus)

Strong Analytical and organizational skills

Experience with project management systems (experience with JIRA is a plus)

Some understanding of the asset management business

Some experience in email marketing tools (experience in Adobe Campaign is a plus)

The candidate expected to work between 2pm - 11pm IST

Familiarity with different technologies and the ability to learn new systems quickly and effectively

Ability to multi-task while working under pressure and overcome obstacles

Team oriented; able to interact effectively with all levels

Strong writing skills

Excellent client service skills, understanding of how to build strong relationships with internal clients
